Terms, Policies & Venue Rules
Payment & Refund Policy
- All Sales Final
- All payments, deposits, and installments made to Josalyn Jackson (doing business as T.H.E.R.E.A.L.J.J.P.C.C.D. / Josalyn Jackson Productions) are strictly non-refundable.
- Payee Information
- Checks, bank transfers, and electronic invoices must be made payable to Josalyn Jackson or Josalyn Jackson Productions.
- 2.5-Year Completion Window (30 Months)
- Clients have up to 2 years and 6 months (30 months) from their initial payment date to pay off their balance in full and claim their session. This extended timeline allows clients to leverage tax return seasons while giving JJP the necessary cushion to book hotel blocks, secure studio space, book travel, and assemble custom swag bags up to a year in advance.
- Expiration & Forfeiture
- After 2.5 years (30 months) from the first payment date, any uncompleted balances or unclaimed credits expire completely and are non-retrievable. Unclaimed funds will not be refunded or transferred.
- Strict Balance Deadlines ("ASAP")
- Remaining balances are due immediately upon request or by the agreed deadline. Balances cannot roll over past midnight into the next calendar day to ensure scheduling integrity.
- Digital & Paper Trail
- Every client booking is formally backed by both digital invoicing and signed paper contracts.
Code of Conduct & Substance Policy (Smoking, Vaping & Alcohol)
- Zero Smoking Inside Premises
- There is strictly NO smoking or vaping of any kind (cigarettes, tobacco, or marijuana) permitted inside any retreat house, studio, lodging, or event venue.
- Outdoor Smoking Breaks
- All smoking or vaping must take place strictly outdoors in designated areas, regardless of weather conditions or time of year. Any smoking prior to arrival must be completed before entering venue premises.
- No Alcohol in Active Recording Sessions
- Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited inside active studio or recording spaces. Moderated consumption is only permitted during designated social breaks if explicitly allowed by the venue host.
- Liability & Financial Responsibility
- Clients and attendees are solely responsible for their conduct. Any cleaning fees, smoke alarm penalties, or property damages assessed by venue or hotel owners due to a policy violation will be billed directly to the client in full.
